Reading books, watching videos and taking courses is incredibly helpful when we are trying to better understand and improve our mental wellbeing.
Sometimes however, to make that real breakthrough and create long lasting change, we need some 'one-on-one' time with a specialist who has a proven track record. It's important however, that you choose a specialist that is the 'right fit' for you. Someone that you feel comfortable with, that you feel you can trust and work with. I'm certainly not for everybody, but if you've read my book, watched my videos and listened to my audios, you ought to have a good feel for if I'm right for you! The next question is usually "How much?" Well, I'm not the cheapest, but I get results and often achieve more in a couple of months than clients have previously experienced in a couple of years.
